Property Description
Americana Resort Properties is located in the Town of Dillon. Our properties are located throughout Summit County. As our guest, you will come to our office to check in. From our office, we will provide keys and a map directing you to your accomodations. If you will be a late arrival, we have a 'late check in' box located at the back of our building where you may retreieve a packet with your name on it, that will have the keys and a map in it for the unit your are staying in.

Very nice 1 bedroom unit in Dillon with lake view, access to ski areas, and hot tub. This beautiful, large 1 bedroom condominium is located in Dillon on the lake. It features spectacular views of the lake and the Ten Mile Range. With a wood burning fireplace and gas grill it is the perfect place for a Summit County retreat. You can comfortably accommodate 4 people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex has a hot tub for soothing those fatigued muscles after a long day of skiing in the winter, or playing in the summer.
2 bedroom/Dillon:
This condo is located in Dillon just minutes from 5 different ski areas. Clubhouse access. This luxury unit is located in Dillon and is only 5 miles from Keystone Resort. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and linens are provided. A wood burning fireplace and Clubhouse with pool, sauna, and hot tub are some of the amenities waiting for you at your home away from home. This condo sleeps 6 and is located on the shores of Lake Dillon.
2 Bedroom/Dil Val:
Fully equipped 2 bedroom condo that is just minutes from 5 major ski areas. 2 bedroom 2 bath, fully furnished and equipped non-smoking unit in Dillon Valley. A color TV, VCR and stereo allow you to stay in if you want and a group of six can sleep comfortably in 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 Queen sofa sleeper. Clubhouse amenities including an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, laundry facilities and outdoor tennis courts are available. The Summit County free shuttle stops nearby.
2 Bedroom/Wildernest:
2 Bedroom condo located just minutes from 5 major ski areas. Access to clubhouse. This condo is a comfortable 1100 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium nestled in the woods in Silverthorne. A fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and color TV/VCR complete the homelike quality of the unit. 2 Queen beds and a Queen sofa sleeper, or 1 queen, 2 twins beds and a sofa sleeper(bedding varies) can facilitate six people. The complex amenities include pool, sauna, hot tub, and laundry facilities. The free shuttle stops at the complex to make travel around Summit County safe and convenient.
3 Bedroom/Dillon:
Fully equiped 3 bedroom condo with access to hot tub. Maximum 8 people

HOW TO GET TO DILLON From Denver go 70 miles west on I-70. Take the Dillon/Silverthorne exit #205, then 1 mile southeast on Hwy 6 to Dillon town entrance. Turn right at stoplight onto Lake Dillon Drive. Travel three (3) blocks, turn left on Main Street and go one (1) block. Enter the Dillon Town Centre at 135 Main Street (the last building on the left) and proceed up the stairs to the left to our office.

Whether you choose fine dining at Keytone Ranch, Blue Spruce or any of our other fine dining restaurants, we also have many family type resaurants and microbreweries such as the Dillon Dam Brewery and Ruby Tuesdays. For our more adventurous guests we have a wonderful fondue restaurant at the top of Keystone Mountain, or how about a dinner sleigh ride?

Some of the places to see while you are here are, Breckenridge 9 miles, Keystone 3 miles, Copper Mountain 10 miles, A-Basin 7 miles , Loveland 10 miles and Vail 35 miles all from the Dillon area. There is beautiful Lake Dillon just a hop, skip, and a jump from our office. Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Air Force Academy, Royal Gorge, Pikes Peak, Glenwood Caverns and Hot Spring pools, and Black Hawk/Central City casinos are all from 1-3 hours away for our day trippers.
