Traveling on I-90: Follow I-90 and exit onto Transit Road/SR 78, exit #49 and turn left at the exit. From downtown Buffalo: Follow Seneca Street/SR 16 east and turn right onto Smith Street. Merge onto I-190 East/New York State Throughway. Follow I-190 east/New York State Throughway east for 3 miles and exit onto I-90 East/New York State Throughway. Follow I-90 East/New York State Throughway east for 8 miles and exit onto Transit Road/SR 78, exit #49 and turn left at exit. Turn right onto North Maple Drive and the Red Roof Inn will be visible on the right side of the road, behind Bob Evans. From Buffalo-Niagara International Airport: Follow Genesee Street/SR 33 northeast for 2 miles and then turn left onto Transit Road/SR 78. Turn right onto North Maple Drive.
